What is your favorite animal and why?

It’s hard to choose just one because I adore almost all animals (though I’ll admit reptiles aren’t my favorite). Horses top the list—I’m captivated by their beauty, grace, and strength. I also have a soft spot for cows, cats, dogs, and guinea pigs, and I could spend hours watching the charming antics of capybaras!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping people provide the best care for their beloved pets. Being a part of that bond and making a difference in their lives is truly fulfilling.
What inspired you to work in the industry?

Growing up on a farm, surrounded by cattle, horses, dogs, and cats, sparked my passion for animals. Those early experiences inspired me to dedicate my career to working with and caring for them.
How do you approach difficult cases or diagnoses?

I take a thorough approach by carefully reviewing the patient’s history and drawing on my years of experience and knowledge. Clear, detailed, and empathetic communication with clients is always a priority, ensuring they feel supported and fully informed every step of the way.
How do you stay updated with the latest developments in veterinary care?

I stay current by attending industry conferences, engaging in ongoing communication with colleagues and experts in the field, and participating in continuing education opportunities. These practices ensure I provide the best possible care with the latest knowledge and techniques.
How do you collaborate with pet owners to provide the best care possible for their animals?

Collaboration starts with open communication. I work closely with pet owners to understand their concerns and goals, and together we create a personalized care plan to ensure their beloved animals receive the best possible treatment.
